Convenient location in Downtown Juneau area, far enough from the Bars and noise of Franklin Street. Clean & recent renovation. However the price is high, you pay a premium for the downtown location. If noise and cleanliness isn't a priority and downtown Juneau location is a must consider the famous historical Alaskan Hotel built in 1901 it's a unique place with it's pros and cons .... 3 Stars for Four Points because the price is too high and services limited.

Kris the Concierge was awesome.... we had an open day and he filled it with an unbelievable excursion to see the whales... and boy to he connect us with a great Captain.... And he did it all in minutes... He is good.... CALL HIM if you want to explore Alaska while in Juneau...

Great rooms and customer service. Clean and friendly what more could you ask for from a hotel oh for it be centrally located near downtown Juneau with lots to see and do with amazing views.
