Incredibly cold and cruel interaction with staff when seeking information after the tragic death of my brother. Do better.

I have been with US bank for years and years. I have a Military platinum account, Business accounts and credit cards. My entire family including my grandparents have banked here as well. I’m so beyond shocked how they have handled Covid-19. This bank is profiting off of this pandemic with little to no help for people that are suffering without jobs or unemployment. I am currently closing all of my accounts including business accounts and credit cards and I strongly advise everybody to stay away from this bank. Most banks are helping people however they can through this pandemic. This bank is making a profit. Shame on you!

Worst customer service you can imagine.

I absolutely loved the previous manager Erika so I had some trepidation when a problem arose and I had to speak with the new manager. Sam was amazingly helpful and she was truly kind. Thank you!!
