Umpqua Bank

Good experiences for many years. My real criterion for good customer service is whether you can get an exception to rules when you need it. Some banking rules are Federal and can't shift, but fees and services - you bet. I utterly adore my Washington state Umpqua bank for loans, multiple-account bundles, and the folks here are friendly and helpful as well. I only do mundane things so far, as a part-time resident, so we'll see how they are when more complex problems crop up...

They need way more employees especially since the closed the location at the other end of town and Talent.

This is the bank you need to bank at, all the people down there are friendly and exceptionally skilled at their job. my wife and I just switched over from bank of america, and the entire team at this branch made us feel at home and welcome. you are not just a number with them, you are a member of their bank and family.
