I have been using this locations drive through ATM for well over 5 years. At this point I have to assume the person responsible for maintaining the ATMs check receiver drawer and rollers is a a blind paraplegic because it hasn’t been seen or touched in 5 years.nnOnce a week I get the pleasure of inserting one check at a time or simply going into the location to remind the staff that the company they work for grosses $36.4 billion in 2019 but can’t seem to hire a competent ATM technician.

Omg!! The most amazing experience. Sat with the manager and she helped me get back my funds after some dimwit hacked my accounts. This one teller with a scraggly looking beard was so funny during my transaction. Overall a great experience. These people are awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Tellers are always helpful and cheerful. Never had a problem with my account and would recommend Chase to anyone who needs a new bank.

Only 10% of the time will you get a half decent bank teller to assist you. Rude and arrogant. The manager is a complete dimwit who could care less about helping clients. Better off running to Fred Meyer's Chase ATM; at least those employees know how to offer great customer service.

I don’t and will never bank with Chase but the company I work for does I went through the drive through to do my deposits and wasn’t allowed to finish my transaction in the drive threw because they said there was a line behind me so then I had to go inside and finish them after waiting in line 29 minutes in the drive threw I had to go inside and wait some more it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever had to do at a bank
