My son's F350's starter decided to crack in half leaving him stranded about an hour outside of Ashland. Josh was on another call, but he got out to my son and had his truck towed down to Powder River Diesel in Broadus in a short period of time. He was professional, and concerned about leaving my son out where he had been camping, double checking to make sure he had food and water. My son had plenty, and a ride coming so all was good. But it was nice to hear that Josh was concerned and checking. You have to love the people of Montana. They are all great! Thank you Josh! Billie Stuff
My boyfriends truck blew a drive line and needed picked up on the side of the road but he had to get to work and Josh went and picked it up no problem and brought it back to where we were living. He said to me that my boyfriend could pay for it over the phone with a or find him later and give him cash. Josh was very helpful and understanding. He even made sure the pickup wasn't going to roll anywhere, by putting blocks under the wheels and hanging around for a bit to make sure it was going to stay put. (we lived up on a hill)
