Kirley's Family Dining

I was sent a questionnaire about Kirley’s Family Dining and here is my input, and the Kirley’s reply. I was still made to feel like I was the one to blame for their poor service.nFirst our waitress was asked to do separate tickets, she snapped back “ “saying let me get your order for drinks first , and can’t you see I just got a whole bunch of people come in”. Then it took over 30 minutes just to get our order taken. After our order was taken it took 50 minutes to get our meal and we were served our order quite awhile after people who came in way after us. Then during checkout our waitress was asked to do separate tickets again and said “ well there’s no way I can tell who had what “! So I just said put it on one ticket and I paid $161 for the whole meal. It should be noted that the first 3 times my wife and I ate here it was great, but sometime after the new year things changed. We will not eat here again!nnThank you for letting me know your anxiety. I ( Reva) was the one to take your drink order, I was not your server. We have to turn the tickets in all together to make sure they all come out at the same time. then we split them up after the fact. And yes we were very busy this day. When we have more than 6 people come in at a time with no reservation, that table does not get their order taken be fore the small tables that are in here. Most restaurants will not even seat a large group without a reservation. We will, and I also explained when I took the drink order that my waitress was going to take the smaller tables order first. I was also the one to take payment, and no one said anything to me about splitting the bill at that time. Because I was so short staffed due to employees calling in , I hope you take this coupon and use it at your convenience and try us again. Everyone getting free government money is making it hard to staff the people I need. This inconveniences you and I. So sorry.na few seconds ago

Update: I have always supported you guys and understand things are out of whack in this world, but was floored today when I purchased my breakfast. I have never in my life seen a chicken fried steak for just under $30 which had a lot of gristle in it and nearly $10 for 2 sides of hashbrowns. And I know prices are way up, but I will never be back. I should have looked at the menu, but who would expect that?nIf you haven't tried Kirley's, you are missing out. The folks that own it are awesome and the food is amazing, especially the burgers and fries. Thank you for being a part of our community!

Very skeptical cause there have been several different restaurants in this same location that have failed. My family all got different burgers and they were DELICIOUS! My daughter got the kids mac and cheese and that was great as well! We will definitely come back to Kirley's if we're back in Ontario.

Great food and drinks! The salad bar is awsome too. I would love to see this place get more business

I had the chicken fried steak. It was delicious. It was covered in a white sausage gravy. Had a side of mashed potatoes and a green salad with honey mustard dressing and for dessert blueberry cobbler with ice cream. I took the cobbler, ice cream and half of the chicken fried steak. Was very full. Will eat the leftovers tomorrow.
