Have had no issues with the River Road Branch but every time I use the Sunset Branch I deal with rude and unprofessional people.
i have an account with wells Fargo on payday I went to cash my check granted it wasn't a wells Fargo check it wasn't a personal check. the cashier tells me that they can not cash my check due to the type of bank account that i have i am not allowed to cash checks with them confused of how that makes any logical thinking. they then said i can deposit the check into the my account and that they can give me 60.00 of my whole check. so being that i have another account else where i just went out of my way and drove to the other side of town where my other bank is. i explained to the manager over at that bank of what happen and even they were very confused and even said that wasn't logical this person has been managing banks for 20 plus years i have yet to bring this concern up with the branch office where i opened my account i hope that they can do something to make this correct of correctly inform me of my account restriction ive just never heard of yes u have an account with us but your not allowed to cash checks with us
Worst customer service, went to try to open a new account, the banker did not take me seriously from the beginning was very rude about the reasons I needed to open an account with them, walked me through the requirements to avoid the $10 monthly fee like I was stupid, even blamed me for trying to commit fraud and needing to “protect the bank.” I’m the one putting MY hard earned money in their hands! My family has been banking with them for years, but with this lady being so rude to me they will be moving to a different bank! I won’t ever do business with Wells Fargo, and this branch is especially rude!
