Amazing! We broke down in our motorhome. Brett the owner asked me questions, knowing I wouldn't be able to fix it. Five hours later after making the tool to do the job. We were up and running. I broke down on my way to florida with a 1985 ford van. Not only did Napa have the parts I needed but when I couldn't make it work, the owner came out to help. I have never received this level of customer service before! I was so very grateful and I kept offering him anything in return, but he would only accept my thanks and gratitude. So I figured I would type up a review because he went above and beyond to help get me back on the road and I am forever grateful!

Brett's been doing this for 50+ years, he knows what he is doing, can find alternatives on most anything. Pretty much keeps up to date on parts and what fits what. Let's not forget Terri, she works the counter, does inventory, parts stocking and parts running. If she can't find it, it's not there!

These guys are awesome. You always feel like family, and if they don't have what you need they can always get it within a couple days.

Customer service is horrible. Very unprofessional and rude.
