The staff is super helpful and friendly here. The ladies are so open and easy to talk to. I just came in to switch a cord and a few of us were just chatting about everything for 15 or so minutes. Definitely amazing customer service.

I have been working for awhile to get my text messages printed. I have even talked to customer service. Nobody could help me. I went in today and Anna was able to help. It took quite awhile but she was extremely helpful and very patient. She also wrote everything down so I could have it to take with me. Anna really knows what customer service is all about. She is an employee any company would be lucky to have. Hopefully they appreciate her.

Demichael was amazing. He set me up with a new account and an awesome new phone. He explained all that I needed to know and then some. I will definitely be going back to see him with any and all questions.
