Great selection for a brand specific store. I am already a fan of Columbia's products, so it was nice to see winter and summer clothes all on display.
Helping me get in and out with what I need in as little time as possible, with good quality items.. I call that a win!
Great travel wear. Good sales
I bought a $70 pair of shoes for my wife. They didn't fit her feet well and were uncomfortable. I took them back 2 days later and they asked for the receipt. I never keep receipts because stores everywhere can look it up by the credit card you used. I offered my credit card. They said no go. And since I didn't have a receipt, the best they could offer me was $8. After I just paid $70! It was very unfortunate that a store in our day and age has return policies of that nature.nnBut, to their credit, after I expressed my frustration, I did recieve a call back and we were able to get it worked out. I've always loved their product line, and they were always very pleasant; I just hope they can improve their technology in the future so that returns could run more smoothly.
Love this store! Great selection and friendly staff. High quality clothing for the outdoors at affordable prices. Best of all they offer a first responder discount.
