This was my first visit ever to an Air Force doctor and I am so impressed. The staff was so personable and beyond helpful. I went in for bp issues but also had questions regarding fertility. They pointed me in the right direction and took the time to answer my many questions. I never felt rushed and they genuinely cared about my issues. So very happy with my experience here.

Doctors are rude! I go in for a physical exam (everything is good) and I am then forced to scheduled for a pap scan out of pressure (two different doctors come in at different times with scary stories). So I fall for it. Then after the pap scan I'm told that I need to go get a vaccine that we'll PROBABLY prevent cancer in my cervix, that well help me to Litterly live longer and to Not google it. Oh and that my husband also needs it and we should both make a tradition of going in every 5 years? together to take it (while still doing pap scans because it'll Probably prevent cancer). Then I find out that because of my age i really shouldn't worry about a pap scan -_- I felt like they just needed something to do in their job and picked me to work on. That, and I was pritty much told shut up, don't google anything, I know best, you HAVE to take this vaccine and if you dont your an idiot. And this is just 1 bad experience from 4! different occasions in this hospital. This whole base is a shame.

Urgent care has very kind nurses, but they’re helpless. The two doctors I saw, Woods and Swanson are useless and have no business working in healthcare. They are rude, demeaning, and don’t seem to realize it’s 2017 and people don’t have to suffer every step of an illness. I was misdiagnosed due to both “doctors” neglect to run any tests. They both prescribed different medication and didn’t seem phased that I was in tears with pain. Save your time and possibly your life and drive into town to St. Lukes
