Loving the $4 bag. We had 8 people in the car and we each got one and a frosty. The service was really fast and helpful.

I like Wendy's, but locally there are better options available. A couple of the employees at this location have frequently acted bitterly towards customers using app coupons for promotional discounts. It has happened to me multiple times. I was told more than once that I could not use app coupons due to the scanner device not working. When faced with the option of then cancelling my order, the scanner magically appeared and worked just fine (each time). Then just today I tried to use an app promotion for a free Sandwich with purchase only to be told again that the scanner was not working, then I was told that the item I was purchasing was not of high enough value to qualify for the promotion, which was an untruth on their part. After challenging them regarding the validity of the deal, the employee produced the scanner device, scanned the app coupon, and the promo QR code worked just fine. What employee would behave this way on their own? I suspect management is training them to do this to boost store profit margins, which is understandable. But, part of being a franchise is playing by the promotional rules of the franchise. Get on board with it and work on your customer service while you're at it. Again, I like Wendy's, but this location is not good.

Love the burger with the pretzel bun and beer cheese. It's so good! Problem is they didn't serve it in the morning. So then i was left trying to pick something else. I chose an oatmeal bar. But guess what? They were out! Ugh. Settled for a cookie and a drink and vowed to come back later to get my burger. Which i did.
