always have what I need
Got an adorable bunny there. Has staff that actually knew what she needed, and gave us better advice than most chain pet stores. Go here instead of any chain, especially to get an animal!
Normally, a welcoming environment with knowledgeable staff. Been a customer with them for more than 6 years. Wife and I left after 5 minutes when two workers put out the body language that we shouldn't talk to them for assistance. We were the only customers present. No greeting and ignored most of the time besides being shot a few weird glares. Felt uncomfortable being there.
Very friendly, great advice, and good quality products. This is now our go to place for small pet needs.
