I go here all the time! Ordered on line and 35 minutes after it was supposed to be ready it still wasn't. I told the to go lady I wanted a refund all she said was we are busy thanks for your kindness! Really? Thanks for your kindness towards me. And no refund by the way.... Will not go there again. Take my money and have fun with it because you will NEVER get another penny from me or anyone I know.
Great food, great wait staff, great family environment and short waits! We love Mackenzie River! Check out the Hot Hawaiian Pizza on traditional hand tossed crust. You won't be sorry! I promise! ud83dudc4dud83dudcaf
The gluten free menu is awesome.nnEdit: we eat here all the time and we love the menu and the friendly staff. Updated to 5 stars. Excellent curbside pickups, they revamped the app to take in app ordering, love the point system. Always a go to for us.
The service was very slow for not being busy. They where out of basic drinks like Dr pepper and lemonade. I tried to order a specific appetizer and they where even out of that. Mind you this half an hour after they opened. The thing I ended up ordering was missing half of what was supposed to come on it because they where out of it and it was cold. This was our first and last time. We will not be returning. Very disappointed
Super busy tonight. But the owner was there and was checking to see how everyone was doing. Definitely can't blame the waiter for how busy they were. Good is always great.
