Gabe has been amazing! He spent two days being on the phone getting the problem with my service corrected. When they told him that it would take 72 hours to fix, he would not accept that and he stayed on the phone until he got someone who could fix the problem. He made sure I had service when I left the store so that I would not be without service. Thank you! Great customer service.
Brandi was absolutely amazing, she helped me with getting switched over from Sprint/TMoblie. Other than the long wait, it was a great experience.

Customer service on this tried very hard to resolve my issues, unfortunately all carriers are trying to illuminate all mobile mifi's. Least of all can you get unlimited
