Took our little pug here to get groomed and Karen did an absolutely outstanding job! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Our little man was so happy there and looks great. Karen spent time to ensure he was comfortable and she took such great care of him! Will absolutely be returning to her!

I’m new to the golden doodle family. Karen at petsmart had made it so easy for grooming my dude. I recommend this location to anyone. They start your puppy to like going to get groomed. I will be coming back!

I love coming here for supplies for my animals but today was a disappointment.nMy Husband and I went in to looking for a fury friend. We were disappointed to find that one of the mice in the enclosure had passed, it looked like it had been there for awhile. We also noticed a few of the fish tanks were filthy.nWe tried to get someone to help us and to notify them of the mouse. We waited for 20 minutes, walking around the store and not an employee in site.

Clean and well-organized store, with friendly staff. The only reason I'm backing a star is because prices are often lower online than they are in person. This doesn't make much sense. But if you show them the price on your phone, they will adjust it at the register (but that's kind of a hassle).

Love the groomers here, especially Karen. She knows my dogs and me. She remembers dogs personalities and she uses that information to make my dogs more comfortable while she grooms them. My dogs always look great! Thanks!
