Just came in to close an account and the gentleman at the cashier was very helpful. They only accept customer service appointments but he did help me transfer the cash over and indicated that I can do the rest over the phone.

Very helpful people, I liked my experience there
The bankers don’t seem too helpful at this branch. I went in to ask for a letter stating that me and my spouse are on the same account (was told I needed to get this for something I was doing). All I got was hesitation from the banker and her telling me “I don’t think I can do that” and I was like “excuse me?” I don’t understand WHY my simple request was so difficult to fulfill by this lady banker. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and that lady couldn’t even help me with a simple letter. She’s lucky I didn’t go to a manager over this or maybe pull my accounts out that I have a lot of money in. I’m doing THEM the favor by choosing to bank there
