Petco has the products I want and it is reasonably priced. The store is clean, organized and has a great selection. The stores are brightly lit, well-stocked, and comfortable to move about. The employees are friendly, helpful and kind.
We came in for the cookie bar for the dog forgetting about COVID restrictions. Unfortunately we weren't able to pick individual cookies but we still got some great treats for him. Service was fast. We were in and out in just few minutes.
Jordan was amazing she awnsered all my questions and definitely went above and beyond when explaining things to me. I have had encounters with other staff there that definitely were just there for a pay check and annoyed when I asked a question but Jordan completely changed my experience and I am so thankful for her time
Anthony the reptile/amphibian expert is a life saver!! Especially for two little baby turtles. We rescued them from people who were neglecting them. We don't know the first thing about aquatic turtles. Not only was Anthony informative and very helpful, but he had the better means to take care of them more than we could. Super impressed with his knowledge and wanting to provide the care they needed.
Louis was very helpful and informative about helping my sister and I with changing our dog food to a better one. He is awesome!
