I am blessed to have found Mina. I was looking for a massage therapist to help with chronic muscle tightness where I have felt pain in my back since 2013. I often find difficulty sleeping or working due to this pain.nnMina is mindful that her location is not intuitive to find, and made sure to send a picture of the front of the building to me. She truly enjoys treating her patients after finding their muscle imbalances. She took a before and after picture and walked me through potential issues as well as what she was able to find and work on during the session.nnEverything Mina does is professional while maintaining a welcoming bedside manor. She takes keeping her workspace sanitized seriously—even cleaning the welcoming area that already has a cleaning crew, herself.nnMina is well-informed and knowledgeable about the body that she excellently communicates with medical doctors to understand her work, as well as use language for the average Joe to explain what she is doing that the average joe can understand during your session. She treats your body and issues it may have in its entirety. Her rates are competitive and well-valued when considering her expertise.nnMy body, not only my back, feels better two days after treatment from Mina. I am sure to return, and highly recommend her!
I've suffered from sciatic nerve pain on a regular basis since 2014 during my second pregnancy...it never left...I mean it has struck intermittently over the last 6 years with this last episode being the worst.nnI was lucky to have found Mina on such a short notice. She was able to see me the same day and I couldn't be more grateful.nnHer massage was not your run of the mill message...it was neither the traditional massage nor the sterile medical discussed massage. It was an equally stress relieving and body recovering approach that was perfectly blended in a relaxing and comfortable private, sanitized and professional atmosphere.nnShe explained everything she was doing in terms I could understand. I learned more about my body and how she was manipulating different areas to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, increase flexibility all while targeting pain relief, mobility, and range of motion. She stretched me in parts I had no idea could be stretched and actively helped subside the spasms I was experiencing.nnHer studio is a cozy, private, and sanitized area. It's pleasantly decorated with inspirational decor, subtle lighting and music of your choice. The experience was definitely something I needed. Just being in her space was like I was being whisked away to a zen-like getaway, enveloped in tranquility and infused in healing energies!nnHere I am the next day, feeling 1000 times better than yesterday. Mina has magical hands!
Mina did an amazing job! I had been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a couple of months and she fixed me up within an hour! I definitely recommend her to any athletes in town looking for a sports massage therapist!
Mina has been treating me for various “issues” I’ve had pop up over the past 4 years. She’s so knowledgeable- I’m very thankful to have a trustworthy person I can go to whenever I have pain that will just not go away. Most recently Mina helped me with pain in my pelvic floor that I’ve had since giving birth to my daughter. She’s also helped alleviate hip and sciatic nerve pain in the past. I even had her work on my thumb once. She really can do it all! Thank you, Mina!!
For any expecting moms out there, please see Mina throughout your pregnancy especially a week before your due date! I just had my second baby and she was able to prepare my body for labor. Well, she actually NATURALLY induced my labor. The techniques she used as well as the pressure points all helped my mind/body fully relax and release all the tension/stress that I had.nnI would like to point out that I had already been having very mild contractions, very irregular though and some days yes others no prior to seeing her. Braxton Hicks, cramping, pelvic pressure, low hip/back pain, and swelling were all part of my symptoms I was experiencing prior to seeing her. I know for a fact that her natural labor induction therapy massage really released the necessary hormones to gradually put me into labor. I was 39.1 weeks my 1st session and delivered my son exactly on my due date! Thanks to her I had a successful vbac! I cannot stress this enough on how making the decision of calling her changed my life. I spent hours looking for ways to naturally induce my labor to have a vbac avoiding another csection. And please do not judge or question why I googled all of this, each woman knows their why on inducing labor.nnSo, to all my mamas out there.. please do see her whether you’re on the same boat I was or just need to relax throughout the 2nd/3rd trimester. Let this not be a “i should’ve done it” or “wish I would’ve known.” I couldn’t find anyone else who could be this qualified as her here in Henderson. This is why I’m writing such an upfront/honest review. I’d also like to point out that I didn’t see a change in my contractions after 2 sessions, my body needed 3 so it definitely can vary with each body and I’m sure if I had seen her before multiple times (for just a regular pregnancy massage) I wouldn’t have worried about inducing my labor because I know with the massages my body would’ve done so naturally. With being induced with my first born, I didn’t want to go through the same experience once again. Luckily this time around things were different and I had a much more beautiful, pleasant experience with my labor that I’d do it all over again! It was literally a blessing coming across her page, and I hope my review helps any other mamas out as well.
