Went here for a COVID test today. The process was quick, easy, and felt very safe. The staff were very helpful, and billed the test straight to insurance- there was no need to pay at the clinic.nnCOVID tests take on average 3 days to get back.

Went here for my covid test, I heard different information about what all my roommates and I should do. The seating arrangement doesn’t seem clean, I don’t know if they sanitize their chairs. The girl at the front desk doesn’t even wear her mask properly. The doctor told my one roommate who was super sick that he was fine and probably didn’t have covid, update he did and ended up giving it to the rest of my roommates and I since the doctor told him he was okay.

I was so incredibly impressed when we came here yesterday to the emergency department after my boyfriend had accidentally drilled through his thumb. RN Madeline and Dr Frank Cruz were so welcoming, and helpful and answered any questions we had! It seamed to me like they actually truly cared about my boyfriend and his well being there. I have never felt more welcomed at a hospital before. It was the best experience we could have asked for during an especially stressful time.

To say KVH is a consistent disappointment would be an understatement, but I don't have enough characters in this review to give you all the details. I'll just share my recent highlights: 1. having my mother, with stage 4 cancer, show up at the hospital for a blood transfusion at 7:30 AM for them to tell us that they didn't have her blood, and send her home. Why they couldn't have figured this out prior to our arrival is beyond me. 2. Being told my multiple people that we would receive COVID-19 test results my mother needed for a procedure (the procedure is being done in Seattle, for obvious reasons). The day before my mother's procedure, they called and changed the deadline for test delivery 5 days, not 3 days, despite knowing full well - and documenting - the reason we needed the test. They then refused to help us get in touch with the lab, refused to help our oncologist & ENT get in touch with the lab, told our family the test results were in Seattle, and told our oncologist the test results were in New Jersey. Thus, we had to cancel the procedure for my mom (again, a stage 4 cancer patient - they know this). KVH: you are a disgrace. I lose sleep knowing this community depends on you.

Most of the staff was pleasant enough with the exception of the night Nurse Lori. What horrible attitude towards patients and family. Not like they were overworked, 3 nurses for 3 patients. When we asked when our father would be able to get his night medication the response was I will get to it when I can get to it. So disappointed in this small town hospital . You are treated better the DMV!
