Bank of Nevada

Bad policies, Bad bank ethics, strict rule, wouldnt give me change for a 50 because I didnt bank with them. Gas stations do this.

Been a customer forever. Siena branch employees are cheerful, engaging, and courteous. Its the only place i will bank.

My experience with Brian at this branch was appalling! He definitely needs costumer service skills training! When you go into a bank with a 50k check to open an account you expect to be treated with respect but he treated my brother and I like we were trash. He acted like we were bothering him just to open an account and due to this we walked out! We were about to go to bofa but decided to give another bofn a chance to take our business and I am so glad we did because Venise at the green valley branch was fantastic. Her costumer service skills were top notch! Thank you Venice for your kindness and expertise! She helped us with everything Brian said wasn't possible and we need more bank employees like her.nI am prepared to make a written complaint if need be, you may call us at the phone number related to Patrick Rodgers account. I really hope that Brian gets the reprimand he deserves for driving potential customers away!!
