RED WING - PUEBLO, CO

Love the boots but the cost is abit high. I absolutely love there life time warranty socks. The people working there are always nice and friendly. 4 star only due to price and how long it always seems to take to exchange my socks once a year.

Wow, cost more than I anticipated but the service and warranty was well worth it. Just worth it for an American built quality product. Thanks Kyle.nJust doing a follow-up, it's been a year and a half since I bought my boots and thanks to the staff they still look and feel great. Next time I get any foot wear I'll be shopping at Redwing.

This review isn’t about the Pueblo store. It’s about the business and work ethic of the red wing corporation. 4 years ago I bought a pair of Iron Rangers in Charleston SC for $325. I was told at the time a, resole could be done for $75. When they needed to be resoled, a little more than two years later, I took them to red wing in Pueblo CO. The cost had increased by $50 to $125. Not only that, I had to pay in advance. I decided not to pay for work that hadn’t been performed, and waited. After sitting in the closet for over a year, I decided to bite the bullet and pay the MANUFACTURER OF THE SHOE to resole my red wing Iron Ranger boots. About a month later my boots were returned to the store, unrepaired. They were unable to repair the $325 boots they gladly sold me and assured me were repairable. Their “compromise” was for me to buy a new pair of boots at full price. No compensation whatsoever. The question has been asked if these boots are worth it. My answer is... if you have $325 to throw away... sure. I won’t be spending my cash on thisninferior product ever again. I would suggest anyone serious about well made products do the same
