Great service, friendly environment, love the bar area. Really nice staff, always have a pleasant time here especially during happy hour! Delicious wings, great salads, this place won't disappoint.

Usually never disappointed with Buffs, but the last few times they haven’t been up to par and it might be due to COVID, but they’ve had some time to get it together. I’ve been doing online ordering and the last 3 times we’ve had to wait longer than our expected pick up time, it took a while for someone to get to the front counter, they skimped us on sauces, didn’t follow directions on our orders, and have left out part of our order altogether. It’s very inconvenient to have to go back inside and remind workers what’s missing from our order. Please don’t make us do your job. Read your orders. I mean it’s just courtesy, if you give us the option to custom our orders please be considerate of our requests. Your customers pay for great quality food, live up to it.nn“Owner of the business” please don’t give me your BS comment of “well please fill out our customer feedback blah blah blah”. I don’t want to fill out a silly survey, nothing gets fixed that way. I’ve read your recent reviews. You guys haven’t been tending to your customers. If you want to make it right by your customers read and follow orders. Plain and simple.
