Patio Pleasures has been WONDERFUL to work with. They were the only place during our research stage that really took the time to answer our seemingly endless questions over the phone or via email. Michelle was our main point of contact since our first touch point and we couldn't have been more pleased. She and Bill helped with test soaks and electrician referrals when I was struggling finding someone in my area. All that extra attention in the beginning, before we even decided to purchase, is what confirmed our decision to purchase our first spa through them - even though they are 40 minutes away from our home. We have a local spa dealer that is 5 minutes from our house but when we called them they essentially said we had to figure more things out on our end and to call them back when we did. I can't emphasize enough, not only make sure you have a dealer that is going to stand behind their product they've sold to you as a customer but also that they take the time with you as a POTENTIAL customer in the same manner. Each speaks to their culture and character as a company. Patio Pleasures did all that, and then some, and they continue as we learn to navigate being new spa owners. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at all and we are thankful EVERY night we soak in our spa!!!

We are very happy with the purchase of our new Bullfrog hot tub from Patio Pleasures and Michelle was awesome. Even though it took a long time to come in due to the pandemic it was well worth the wait. We highly recommend the Bullfrog brand and the PP team!

I love working with Patio Pleasures. They always put the customer first and do a great job of putting everything together for the summer. The staff are willing to help with whatever you need.. And I like getting a total cost for the season.

We had a great experience with Patio Pleasures. With the demand and lead times of hot tubs the market and delivery seemed to be unstable as a buyer. The great thing was Adrianne did not sugar coat it. She told us a range when she felt the tub would be delivered and they met this delivery range.nnThank you for making this happen!!

Working with Michelle, and the rest of the team at Patio Pleasures Pools and Spas, made the purchase of our Bullfrog Spa as simple as possible. From deciding on which spa to choose, to the setup provided by Patio Pleasures, my family and I are able to enjoy our time relaxing together.
