The best maple syrup out there. Veteran owned and operated, eco-conscious, small batch syrup. Rich and dark...look awesome and taste great. Not just on pancakes and waffles. They make great addition to oatmeal, coffee, baking, and cocktails...just substitute Summit Maple Farm syrup in a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned for a pleasant change. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.
I grew up in North Adams, MA. right on the VT border, so I know what good maple syrup is. Now living in Tennessee, I really missed it. Not any more. Summit Maple Farms is the real thing and some of the best I've ever had. I am not supposed to eat pancakes anymore (watching my waist line), so I have to pour it over vanilla ice cream. After years of buying junk at the grocery store I discovered the real deal from Mike and Summit Maple Farm. It's not even in the same league. And the variety! Dark will blow your mind. Flavors - on point! The best syrup ever and it's all organic, bird friendly, responsibly harvested and all that good stuff. Get some! (PS: Thank goodness they ship!)
