I have been dealing with Serena for 6+ years now. I can't say enough for how good they are. I have bought my complete well system, water softener, chemicals, and filters from Aquascience. Their prices are the best hands down both labor and parts. I have had them for 2 emergency calls. Both times their response was immediate and best pricing and service in the industry. The most recent call was this morning for a failed well pump at 7am this morning. The response within 15 minutes and had 2 guys at my house within 1.5 hours. I live over an hour from their shop. Well pump was replaced and running before noon. I don't know how anyone could rate this company with less than 5 stars. Thank you Serena and the service employees at Aquascience. You have my business unconditionally.

This company shorted us a liter of SP3, which costs $120 a liter! When we called and sent photos they claimed we compacted it for the photo to get more! UNBELIEVABLE! They agreed to send us a little more. A. Whole. Cup. So we are still short 3/4 liter and out about $90. What kind of company does this? Do not buy from them. In response to your response. We did purchase from another vender. They sold us a liter. It was much lighter and not as sticky as yours. The sp3 beads absorb water. Yours is too wet. It makes the weight go up faster than the volume hence you sold us fewer beads and more water than normal. You advertise by volume. Even if you sent us the correct volume with the extra water weight we would have still been shorted but not as much.
