AMAZING Intimate Essentials

Terrible service. Clerk was extremely sketchy and tried overcharging by $35. Suddenly I was right when I wanted to get Johnston PD involved. Will not be returning Adam & Eve is better anyways

The store is run down, falling apart, walked in and the whole place smells like MOLD!! Huge leaks in the roof and the carpets are disgusting! Dead bugs all over. How do they make the employees work with that? feel bad for then for having to deal with such poor working environments. What a shame. Will not be returning.

Came in last week, didn’t know the store even existed but I’m glad I found it, very friendly gentleman was working (I can’t pronounce his name). he wasn’t too pushy at all! Found me something nice for me& my girls anniversary which she was all on board for, kudos to you bro! Will def be back with her to explore the optionsnnThe young woman working wasn’t as friendly and open, basically pushing all these things down my throat I wasn’t asking for, but she was informative thats for sure

Steve at the Amazing location in Johnston provided excellent customer service and was very helpful on product knowledge. He made you feel very comfortable to speak about product, proper usage and how to take care of the products.
