Amazing staff.

I visited 971 White Pond Dr. Akron Oh, today and had a very bad experience. I approached the front desk around 8 30am, I noticed 2 workers one directly in front of the window with blonde hair, and one farthest from me with black hair. The woman directly in front of me ignored me completely. I stood in front of her for a long time before she decided I was there to long, and chose to finally open the window and assist me. I felt this particular woman with blonde hair was prejudice against me because I am African American. Even when she spoke to me she was rude and uncaring. The worker should be reprimanded or disciplined accordingly.
