We decided to get a pizza about 930pm. Light was on but employee walked over slammed the light switch down and walked away. Have never been greeted more rudely. He was just rude. I normally eat there a few times each time I visit. Wont be eating there again.

If you rent a golf cart and they take your id...how are you supposed to get a drink here? Was asked for my ID and provided the paperwork from the golf cart rental agency with my birthdate on it and was still refused a drink. I feel like their operations need to be rethinked to accommodate the island economy. Bartender was unaccomodating and pretty rude. We will never be back here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have encountered to date. Staffs seems aloof, insincere. Will you make you feel as if placing a carry out order over the telephone is an inconvenience and openly tells me it will better if I just come in and place my order. Walk in the place and there are more staff working than patrons in the establishment. I would understand if they were completely overwhelmed but I assure you that is not the case. Unfortunately, it seems as if all the restaurants on the island have agreed to an exceptionally low standard and expectation. If a true restaurateur were to take up retail it would be easy to capitalize. Accommodation and customer service is the premise to any good business. The only person to show any real understanding of customer service was the bartender outside, Joe. If I were to return it would be because of him.
