Roofer missed the set appt several times, the finally came to my house today at a completely unannounced time and was on my roof without my knowledge, he didn’t ring the doorbell whatsoever and I caught him exiting my BACKYARD. This was after I backed my car into his ladder and severely gouged the paint of my suv, he decided that right in front of the garage door was the best place to put his ladder unannounced, roofer responded with “shut up” “no way” “my bad”. How this company employs people like this or operates like this is beyond me. We just need a simple roof repair and it’s taken months, still nothing done. Just several “inspections” appointed and missed. 0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE.
