The receptionists were awful and have no respect at all. My mom had an appointment and we were late for literally 4 mins. Without asking the doctor if she wants to see my mom, she decided that we are late and have to make an appointment for some other time. We drove 40 mins and had traffics, they should understand for being late for less than 5 mins. We no longer go there and I advise people to change the doctor. Go someone where they treat patients with love and respect.

Dr Arce has been my neurologist for over 10 years. Recently my medication has been on manufacturer back order. When I called his office, there was no sense of urgency to resolve it, find me medication, or transfer my prescription. I have it setup on autofill to avoid exactly this... Have a little professionalism, if your patients can't get their medicine, shouldn't the doctors office make them aware that they may need to prepare? I have a seizure disorder, missing one dose could be very dangerous, so I don't have 6 days to play phone tag with a medical assistant who doesn't even know how to spell my medication. When I ran out on the weekend, I had to make a request to an on call doctor via a call center, the person on the other line had never heard of my medication, I had to spell it out several times, and when my PHARMACY and not my doctor called to confirm my prescription, it was the wrong medicine. Unacceptable, unprofessional, uncaring, unreal.... This place takes no interest in you as a patient and leaves you to be wholly responsible for navigating the extremely complex system they have woven together to receive care. I do not have any complaints regarding the care I've gotten from my doctor, but this office runs so poorly, every time I am there there are more people working than in the waiting room and everything still takes far too long. I am stunned at the pace they have had while my medication has been on backorder to help me get treatment so I'm finding a new practice.

If you want Dr. Rust to keep you as a patient, better kiss that little tin Nazi receptionist's ass, because if you don't you'll get dropped. Also, better hope you're not prescribed a medication that needs a reauth every month!

I have been treated by Dr. Eubanks for 10 years now. He is always prompt, friendly, and gets me in and out quickly. I had to shift to a different dr. Go a short period of time outside of this network and it was a mess. So I returned to Dr. Eubanks where I knew the treatment worked.

My daughter was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital by squad of this past weekend. Admitted to the silver Neurology Wing for first time onset seizures. Treated by Dr. Bisping. Was released and put on medication to treat the seizures and was told to call Tuesday morning to follow up with Dr. Bisping at his office at OhioHealth Neurological Physicians. Called Tuesday morning the receptionist said they have to get with the doctor to see when he wanted to see her and they would call back Wednesday. Didn't hear anything so called back Thursday the lady said sorry he has no openings call back in January to be put on the schedule! Not only can't we get in but they only give her 30 days on her seizure medication he prescribed. So I asked the receptionist how she was supposed to get treatment and she said... I don't know what to tell you there is no appts available. So if this hospital is gonna have this neurology wing and treat patients... how are the patients supposed to get follow up appointments?? I am not happy with this process and will be further reporting it! They also may wanna give their receptionists some customer service training!!
