The staff is so nice! Excellent customer service, clean! Oliver at the door of the Tower is the nicest man who loves everyone. Good lattes! Don't expect to win right now, they've been closed so recouping money, obviously, but good rooms, amazing views. I love this place. When spa opens, ill be back!
Gorgeous setting for this casino and hotel. Family friendly with the pool and nearby golf. The staff were all very helpful & nice and rooms were comfortable and clean & only a short elevator ride to the casino or Cafe. We will definitely come back again via the fun ferry ride!
I win at this place more than I lose
Kinda small but nice and clean. Machines are a little tight. Really appreciated their machine cleaning system. Was pretty shocked that a 1 hour late check out request was going to be $100?!
Good place to chill for non-smokers. I understand the covid-19 situation. I'm a smoker and would like to play the tables while smoking. Other than my issue the place is clean and kept clean. The staff are very courteous and inviting. There are many things to do besides gamble here. They have a resort area that is pack full of things to do, even for that family fun.
