Our hostess/wait person was awesome, super fun hidden upstairs restaurant. Different nifty place for a date. It really was 4.25. Stars out of five had several cubes of the hot german potato salad that appeared non appetizing. Otherwise it was an unexpected Delightful discovery. My German Irishman sandwich was delicious. The fresh squeezed Lemonade refreshing.
Excellent food for those looking for that Euro taste niche. The Poulsbo Pile Driver was excellent in pairing a schnitzel with a ruben, but I guess I just wasn't a fan of the German potato salad (nothing wrong with it, other than my own pallette). I will definitely be coming back for more!
Met a friend here who was visiting from out of state. Wanted to bring him here because of it’s views of the Poulsbo high street. Enjoyed the pub food and brews. Great place to enjoy drinks and food while people watching from the balcony. ud83cudf7b
Sizeable portions of wunderbar food and a large selection of brews and booze are found here. I try something different each time I’m here and am always ecstatic over the flavour.
Very good and semi-authentic feeling German. My only complaint is that they didn't have kasespatzle, which would have really made it feel like I was back in Bavaria. But according to their updated online menu, they serve it now! The schnitzel was perfect and the atmosphere was great - try to sit on the balcony overlooking Front Street if you can!
