I had a terrible customer experience with Antoinnette over the phone. She cut me off several times while I was trying to ask one question. I’m usually pretty understanding as I know being in customer service position can be stressful, but she was disrespectful for literally no reason. Apparently Chase “shipped” me a new card a month before my card expired and never notified me. I never received the card and now the card that I have in my possession is declining because when they issued me a new card it canceled my current card. So I am without a physical card to use until they can mail one to me. I will be closing my account with Chase bank.

Honestly heard so many great things about chase but I’m very disappointed. Especially with their customer service.. I had to cancel my debit card and after three weeks I still hadn’t received it, I called in and they said they shipped it but would reorder my card.. the guy then tells me that he would waive the fee for it to be rushed in like cool! Then he tells me oh nvm I can’t do that I said okay.. so he just says the card will be to you in 3-5 business days, I waited another week still nothing so I called back. Come to find out the guy never ordered my card! And this guy still for some reason could not figure out how to ship me a card. I’m so annoyed with chase and will be making my switch back to Huntington. I suggest you all do the same! Especially now that HUNTINGTON HAS A $50 SAFET NET! I just read that you can overdraft your account up to 50 bucks and not get charged an overdraft fee! So yeah Chase sucks

Every employee is ALWAYS eager to provide first-class service. The positive leadership of Che, the branch manager, is surely effective at making sure this is the feeling everytime I have visited the bank.

Opened an account here 3 months ago. I was not told about anything I need to pay attention to. In these 3 months, my account was CLOSED automatically and I was CHARGED for a service fee. I don’t know why the banker opened a premium account for me and DID NOT tell me I need to have a minimum of $15,000 hold in my account. Poor service! Please DO NOT open an account without telling me the detailed information about it!! SHAME ON YOU!
