Kids Foot Locker

Went to kids footlocker to buy shoes for my sons. A pair I wanted was the last in the size in needed. The sales associated ran around trying to find the other shoe that went in the box it was found on the Footlocker side as a display. I asked the associate would they give me money off due to it being a display she advised me that they do not give money off for displays I still went a head with my purchase. Before I left the store I checked the shoes and one of them had dirt around the sole. So I told her and the manager was standing there and he said he would be happy to give me my money back so I took the refund. I understand that when people come into the store to buy shoes they try on shoes things can get worn just from that process alone. The store should understand that process as well and especially when you don't have other shoes of the same kind to offer. When people come to buy new shoes they expect to get just that not new shoes with dirt smudges on them and expect to pay full price. I was very unhappy with the customer service and ended up having to look elsewhere. If you don't want to give money off on displays just don't sell them at all. They put the shoe back for the next person to buy new shoes with dirt smudges on them. Very unprofessional.

Wouldnt even give this place a one star!! Stoped in the buy some newborn shoes for a baby shower, was told my card was declined. So a used a different checking account was told it was declined too. Couldn't check my account because my phone was dead, so i left empty handed, checked my account as soon as i got home and they charged me twice and overdrafted my account 57 dollars. Went back to foot locker was no help told me it was my bank and this had been happening alot and my bank would have my money back in three days. I even had to ask for corporate number ! Never again!! so my business is going to be at another place just because of costume service and all the problems i had here !!

The worst customer service ever! There is a bunch of young kids working there who just sit around talking and being on their cell phones on the sales floor. I couldn't get no one to help me, so I left.
