I love this place! Dr. Long is so incredibly polite and respectful, and the people up front are efficient and pleasant to talk to. I was listened to, given actual respect, care, and attention. Definitely gonna be going here for a long time! Thank you all!

I wish I could rate the nurses, doctors and staff separately from the communication system used by Finger Lakes Community Health. The employees deserve 5 stars plus, especially Dr. Long. Her service, attention to detail, bedside manner and overall care is AMAZING. ----IF--- you are able to get through to schedule an appointment, ask a question, refill a prescription, etc. I have spent countless hours waiting on hold only to have to hang up because I work and my lunch or break is over. I was excited about the option for a return call from the system, however that has only worked once for me. I just don't understand... you have fabulous providers, a wonderful new facility, yet your communication system is absolutely unacceptable.

My husband and I just started with the Sodus health center. We were absolutely blown away at the care we received. We were both apprehensive changing doctors since we are really senior citizens. Wish we had done it sooner! I have seen complaints about the wait times on the phone. My sense is that no matter how much staff you have a well regarded medical facility will always be confronted with some wait time. Patience is a virtue keep smiling. We love our new medical team.

I called to get an appointment for the dentist and they said they would call me back with an appointment. After four days I did not hear anything so I called back (after being on hold for 29 minutes) they told me I was put on a waiting list because I was a new patient, I explained to them I was not a new patient I had already been seen as a patient there. She stated I would have to be put on the waiting list anyway. I am very disappointed in the wait time on the phone and I felt dismissed as a patient and I am looking for another dentist.

Just tried to make appointment as new phone. Broke a tooth over the weekend and was told not accepting new phone. Now I have to call around to find someone who will take me
