Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, clean, helpful staff. I'm not saying this because I work here,, I am also a Veteran of the Us army and have been a client of the facilities since 1991.

Do not expect something miraculous from this facility. It's just like any va hospital with it's pros and cons

The sick of yours can be overestimated by doctors because you don't have knowledge about the pain.That is very serious and must see a doctor , you have to go to a hospital . You have to rely heavily on a doctor 's advice .To find a good doctor is very difficult in recent years .Some will see you as money and they will give you unnecessary things that you hurt your finger they will want you to take Back X-ray because back X-ray gives the hospital more money .That is unwise but it is true in reality .

This VA took wonderful care of my elderly veteran friend, providing thoughtful, cheerful medical care and attention. Paperwork to prove his veteran status caused us a bit of a scare (they have understandably strict requirements), but after 10 min we found the document proving his honorable discharge. The nice guy in the Eligibility department helpfully reminded me: now that we have the proof of his status, everything is free. That’s exactly what I needed to hear at that moment. Overall, a great experience.
