It wasn't bad,didn't wait too long and it was clean and not too much people.
Not attentive to detail. No one wrote down the room number I was sitting in. Took a while before someone checked me in. I’m not even from Staten Island. This ER is trash.
It was very cold winter night, my year old son had a peraistent high fever 114 degrees that gotten worst in late night, so we drove to the emergency at 1:30 AM and told them about our situation. We waited for two hours still see no doctor or nurse to help us despite the front desk staff repeatedly told us someone will be coming!!! We left without seeing any help as my son's condition gotten better on his own. It was just horrific experience!
Absolute worst ER visit ever. From the moment I got there till I picked up my prescriptions there were issues. Please, if you can help it DON'T GO HERE.
