HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!! Will never bring my 3 children here again!! Stay away! Horrible receptionist, heavy set lady with nasty attitude! Made my youngest son cry!!! Doctors dont know whats going on they never answer the phone! This staff needs to be fired

The doctor is good. THE OFFICE IS THE WORST MOST UNORGANIZED I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! Their appointment system is unfriendly to say the least. They have people that tell you one thing and a minute later someone else will tell you it can’t be done. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME!!! No responsibility for their own actions!

I am African American and I was referred to Dr.sheffer.Upon arrival we were humiliated by the check in, our temperatures was not taken and I stood up for almost 30 mins in waiting area discussing the reason of visit, personal information in front of other patients.After being told they had cancelled the appt I explained I was not informed of the cancellation, didn’t receive any confirmation for the appt, and that I had a copy of our records/referral considering the appt was made two months in advance I wanted to be seen. I was then accused of cancelling the appt due to it not “being of necessity” and that I wouldnt be able to receive another appt until after March(when referral ends)ud83eudd14 due to none available and I would need to obtain a new referral before I make a new appt. I will not be going back with my child.

Dr Chan. Pediatric pulmonologist. Great pediatrician. Took time to explain asthma and it’s effect. They have a very active asthma personnel with great teaching and plan of action.

Dr. Hample was great in the office and in the or for my sons endoscopy. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star because she prescribed a medication for my 7 year old son in a pill form. He is unable to swallow a pill as he is 7. I have been calling the office to speak to her to change the med to liquid and it’s been 2 weeks with no response and no change in med route . Something to consider when looking for a gastro dr for your child .
