Today was probably one of the most happiest day of my life! My 95 year old mom after 6 weeks in the hospital with COVID-19 and bilateral pneumonia got discharged from the hospital. Safe and sound. Thank God. My mom is home by the grace of G-D and miracle workers at Richmond University Medical Center.nTHANK YOU RUMC.

I’m giving it one star simply because of the Nurse Practitioner Indira. First of all, she makes you wait a half hour when she has no one else to see. If you’re sick you wanna be checked and given a prescription and go home. Second, She does a quick check up and refuses to do a throat culture or any kind of test when you have a sore throat. Thirdly, she refuses to even write a prescription. Try and get an appointment to see ANYONE else; if not you might as well stay home because seeing her is an absolute waste of time. It happens every time I get stuck with seeing her. Each time I hope it will be different but the definition of insanity...

The worst place I have ever been to. I don’t have insurance and I paid for my immunization there. Few days later I received a bill for weird services I haven’t even done! Ridiculous! They didn’t tell me that they were going to bill me for something else. That’s not right.nWell I decided to give them the second chance and went there to fill out the physical for my job. As a result, the paperwork wasn’t done in time and I nearly lost my job. The girl who was at front desk Maria closed the door in front of my face. So being pregnant I had to find another place to finish paperwork and I had only one evening for that.nThe most unprofessional and disrespectful approach to the patients.

Courteous staff. Took time to explain. I Was in and out quickly. I would recommend this urgent care.

Pauline , indira bashic , Danielle are the three nicest women I’ve ever met! Sweet, nurturing and helpful. The only urgent care I go to.
