The Heart Center

It is extremely frustrating and inconvenient that this office doesn't employ a person to answer their telephone. If you ever need anything, you have to get through their automated recording of a list of options, then leave a message, and then you have to wait for (hopefully) a call back, which doesn't always happen. If you have anything that needs immediate attention, forget about it because they never have a live person to talk to. This is an incredibly bothersome and impersonal way for a physician's office to treat their patients. They clearly have no concern for how much this inconveniences their patients, having to watch their phone constantly all day so as to not miss the doctor's office whenever they decide to return their call.

These doctors are all great, I wish they would close the office when the whole county is projected to have an ice storm so idiots aren't out on the road trying to get to their office especially since alot have no business being outside in any kind of storm.
