Chili's Grill & Bar

Honestly I like Chili's. It's not fine dining but you have to judge a place for what it's intended to be. And the food is actually really good honestly. I assume in this case, since most people know Chili's, this is meant to rate the specific location. Well, the experience my friend and I had was great. Laid back environment, personable staff. Great place to go for some margaritas and food with friends.

We sat for a while on Monday night, with no greeting or introduction from anyone for about 15-20 minutes. One of the waitresses, Denise, came to ask if we had been served. She took our table even though it wasn't hers, and made the rest of our time there AMAZING. She was attentive but not crowding. We were about to walk out but SHE made us glad we stayed. I hope management sees this and gives her the kudos she deserves. Denise, you rock!

Very great food and great service. I picked up to take out. Staff was very friendly and helpful with using my gift card. Food was ready on time and fresh. Will definitely go back.

Just did a to-go order and Cole was working the car-side pick up! He was awesome and managed the flow of cars coming in really well! I appreciated his happy attitude and great spirit! He even helped me make an additional purchase, which I’m sure wasn’t in his list of duties. So thanks for the great experience Cole!
