Great customer service, Our dog likes cookies too!
my poor puppy has a sprain and my mom called asking about various treatments and they gave great help recommending a natural medicine to use and offered us a sample. After hanging up I realized they close before I get off work so i called again asking if they could possibly leave a sample in the mailbox. Sheila was great and said they would leave it by the door since I work right down the road. I was impressed with their service then and thought we had the situation handled but when one of their workers dropped off the sample at my work on their way home I was taken back. I have been a customer of cookies since they opened and have never been disappointed a single time. They care about your pets just as much as you do and understand that they aren't just pets. They are family. Love this place!!
I love cookies pet corner & Wash. They have great products and I am able to get my dog's nails trimmed their. The staff is very friendly. I love supporting my local pet store.
They are awesome she cuts my dogs toe nails so quick and easy I love her!
Friendly and knowledgeable people who care about you and your pup! Wash bays are so convenient for our 2 big dogs too! Love Cookies!
