Excellent service, Great groomers! The owners have implemented safety measures above and beyond to ensure the best protection to employees and customers during this pandemic. My little girl has been going there since she was 6 months old. She’s very excitable, but everyone of them have shown patience in teaching her. She loves going there.
Was extremely impressed by the speedy professional trim that we received today. The store was clean. Easy parking. Highly recommend for you fur babies.
Went for a nail trim. New to the area and things just started opening back up. My very sweet terrors decided to lock me out of my vehicle with everything (including them) inside. Luckily it wasn’t a hot or sunny today or I would’ve been busting out a window. The owner was so kind and drove me home to get my spare key. Got the pups out of the car with no harm done...AND she still took the time to trim their nails. I couldn’t be more thankful or appreciative! I will definitely be going back. Thank you again!
I was going to book my dogs here but after reading how rude the owner responds if they don't get a raving review shows how professional they are. Hopefully they're more kind to the dogs than humans.
My young dog came away from being groomed with a wet cough and water dripping out of her nose! Within 24 hours we were at the emergency vet clinic where she was diagnosed with ASPIRATION PNEUMONIA. My dog had nearly been drowned!! The owner told us to “prove it”. The whole ordeal cost me over $1800. Not to mention the BUTCHERED my dog’s coat! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
