I really wish I could do this review without giving a star. For over a week I've gone in 3 times and no 1 was there, I've called and left a message and I haven't received a call back. What kind of business do you run?? Do you have so much business coming in you don't bother opening up, or even returning a call? I've been trying to get my mother in because her hearing aid doesn't work, in fact they haven't been right since day 1. I would like to know WHO I can contact to make a complete. I have had enough of Miracle-Ear not taking care of problems, for over priced hearing aids.!!!

Can now control my hearing aids with my phone , Justin is always so good at explaining how to use the aids
