They suck.I waited over three wweks for lense replacement
Great first experience here! I walked in without an appointment and was seen and examined within an hour. I got contacts ordered, and got new glasses with lenses put in before I left! Nice and helpful people that offer great prices!
I came in to get my glasses adjusted & it was a quick & smooth experience. Plus now, my glasses aren't slipping off !! The man that helped me was very pleasant. He also, did a search to find out when I would be due for my next exam. He was very patient throughout the process, which took a little bit of time since I didn't have my card with me. So now, I have an appointment for an eye exam too. Thanks :)
Went in for an exam and everything went smoothly. The staff were all very professional and Dr. K took the time to explain what was going on and what she was doing, since she saw that I was nervous for my first eye exam. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff were all friendly and helped me pick out frames. I will definitely be coming back here for my future check ups.
My first exam here was June of 2018. I enjoyed my experience so much that I applied for a position a few weeks later. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have great frames to choose from and the staff is honest about what looks best.
