Very capable technicians and quick repairs! Thank you!
I purchased a John Deere 2500E mower that was listed as Excellant condition and Like New. When it arrived the freight company unloaded it on friday late and upon the next business day we discovered a rash of issues. Bent frame, electric reel motor seized up, bent forward reverse power control, electric control module damage from bent frame, numerous mower head issues, and several other issue that make it inoperable. I had several calls with Justin at first. Now its been 3 weeks with no return phone calls. I put a dispute in with my credit card and money was refunded until dispute is resolved. I still believe i owe what is fair but Justin is not returning any calls. Justin first response was sold as is and no returns. But my comment to him was false advertising the condition of the equipment was probable going to win this dispute. Still waiting on him to finally respond. Dispute is in the hands of Citi Bank now. Justin and Joe were awesome to deal with. Very fair, honest, and even though I am hours away, my mower came to me on their truck. I highly recommend their services and even though they are not a service dealer, they did check my mower, top off liquids, and fix a part that was broken. I am certainly one very satisfied customer. Keep up the excellent work.
