HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE ALDEN MEDICAL GROUPE FOR THE PAST 19 YEARS THEY HAVE HELP ME & MY WIFE IN SO MANY WAYS WE SEE DOCTOR JUPUDY & HE SHOWS MUCH CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH HE HELPED ME WITH THE BLOOD CLOG I HAD DOCTOR JUPUDY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & CARRING COULD NOT HAVE A BETTER DOCTOR

There is a wait normally... And yes it can be annoying and long. However, they are great doctors. That is hard to find. I wouldn't say they are both great at the full communication process. But if you are taking initiative with your health, they are great doctors.

Dr. Kumar and staff are wonderful human beings! In my 40 years of seeing doctors, I've never experienced the type of individualized care (and genuine concern) that I do from Dr. Kumar and his staff!nThanks, grateful, and blessed by these people who meet my medical needs!

I normally wait in the car for my wife. Initially she really had confidence in the doctor. She spoke so highly of him. After covid everything changed Understandable for changes in how services are done, but I feel the doctors attention are being changed at this time. Is it because of new covid site and this project or many new patients. The staff is also short sometimes. Stressed or just their. temperaments. Not good changes. Dr Kumar is very good, but needs to observe staff and also remember medicak concerns do not always announce themselves. And emergency rooms are extremely busy now Not the answer all the time

My family have been patients with the Alden medical group for over 8 yrs. While the doctors are very nice and knowledgeable, the staff up front is terrible. They have not improved in all the years we've been there. Over booked appointments resulting in normal 1-2 hr waits, incorrect billing to the insurance company, failure to return phone calls, are all the norm. Why you ask do we still see these doctors? Our previous doctors and their office staff were even worse. It's unfortunate that professionals such as doctors and their staff fail to treat their patients with respect for their time and compassion for their ailments. Patients could be seen in a timely manner if not for the overbooking practices in these offices.
