Great experience, would absolutely recommend, best small engine repair shop in the area.nRepair shops I've gone to in the past were usually rude, condescending, very expensive or I was forced to wait months to get my lawnmower back.nThe turn around time here was amazing.nMy new go-to business for these types of repairs.nWishing his shop the best.

Joel is extremely responsive and attentive to his customers' needs, and helps customers coordinate their service calls very conveniently, at times when every shop/competing business isn't open and won't even respond to messages. If you have any doubts about whether or not Joel can work on your machine(s), just give him a call and he'll help you work out a time to stop by. Outstanding customer service.

Joel was a great help! Brought in our snowblower which wouldn't start. He had the parts on hand and had it running and ready to be picked up the next morning....amazing. Fairly priced and friendly, I will certainly use Small Engine Doc again. Thank you!
