The food was really good: tots we're crispy and hot, cheese sticks might have needed an extra minute in the fryer, blue cheese burger was messy and delicious, wings were smaller but perfectly fried with a great smoked bourbon spice rub. The Guinness was fresh and the food was delivered promptly. While the price might make this cost-prohibitive for daily meals, it's location is very convenient to the Fairfield Marriott and I would definitely recommend making it a weekly event for extended business trips.

We had the chance to visit right before the second wave of Covid shut down. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the service, prices, and overall atmosphere. The bartender/ server was the only person working on a game day. It took a long time to get our order and she seemed overwhelmed. The price is high considering its bar food. If you sit in the back it feels like you’re in a dark dungeon. I had a great time regardless, but it wasn’t something I would recommend. I also ordered a few margaritas and could hardly taste the alcohol. I left completely sober and feeling ill due to all the sugar in their drinks.

I like to come here on Mondays to get wings. The serving staff is always polite and the wings are always hot and crispy. They have a great selection of sauces and rubs to choose from to satisfy even picky palates, ranging from mild all the way up to face melting hot. I've never had a complaint except that it is busy on wing day during shipyard lunch from 1120 until 12 noon. Go there any other time and the wait is negligible. Enjoy!

This was a good find for us. We haven't found that many great places on this side of the sound, so I'm happy to have discovered the Horse and Cow. The drink and food specials will make it definitely worth coming back too. Excellent (bar) food and a great tap list (find it on untapp'd). Atmosphere is cool and the bartender was awesome and attentive.
